Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase but if you change your mind, that's ok! We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
How Can I Request a Return?
In order for an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused. To initiate a return, please email us hello@yuccasociety.com and let us know which item(s) you are interested in returning. If your return meets the above criteria, we're happy to refund you the cost of the item(s) via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible to cover return shipping fees.
Can I Return a Discounted Item?
All discounted items in our "last chance" category or items marked down are final sale and cannot be returned.
What If I Received a Damaged Package?
In the event that items in your order were delivered damaged or broken, please take photos of your order immediately and email them to hello@yuccasociety.com.
Can I Cancel My Order?
As soon as you receive a shipping confirmation, we are unable to cancel your order. Orders can only be canceled if we have not fulfilled them!
